"Personal Solutions for your financial problems"

- Is someone garnisheeing your wages?

- Is someone suing you for an unpaid account?

- Don't remember the last time you filed a tax return?

- Do you know the name of your collections officer at the tax department?

- Collection agencies calling your home or work?

- A trustee in bankruptcy is an individual licensed by the Government of Canada to file bankruptcy or proposals (settlements offers) to creditors on behalf of individuals, companies or partnerships.

- The filing of a bankruptcy or a proposal will stop your creditors from commencing or continuing legal action against you and will stop any wage garnishees.

- How much does it cost to go bankrupt? It depends, it is a simple question but does not have a simple answer. The federal government sets standards for the income of people who are in bankruptcy. If your income exceeds the standard, then you pay a portion of your income to the trustee.

- I will review your income against these standards and tell you how much you will have to pay

- You can probably keep your car or house but each case is different. Find out if I can help you.

- If you re having financial problems, call and see if I can help!
